Tiffany
Co-Owner & Director, Lead Instructor
Tiffany is the instructor and primary face of G & G Medical Coding Academy, leading course instruction, curriculum development, and overall student learning. With a proven career in medical coding, she ensures all training materials are structured, practical, and aligned with professional standards.
With over 12 years of experience in the medical field, Tiffany has worked across multiple areas of the revenue cycle and advanced to become a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) through the AAPC. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Park University and currently works as a Medical Coder within the federal government, with experience in specialties including Orthopedics, Urology, Sleep Medicine, and Oncology.
Driven by her own journey and challenges, Tiffany created G & G Medical Coding Academy to provide aspiring coders with the guidance, structure, and resources needed to succeed. Her teaching style focuses on simplifying complex concepts, building confidence, and preparing students for real-world success in medical coding.
Yulonda
Co-Owner & Operations Director
Yulonda is the co-owner of G & G Medical Coding Academy and leads all behind-the-scenes operations. As a Project Manager with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, she oversees finances, administration, creative design, and overall business workflow.
With over 13 years of experience in the healthcare field, Yulonda brings strong organizational leadership and operational expertise to the academy. She plays a key role in building structure, maintaining efficiency, and ensuring a seamless experience for both students and the business.
Her focus is to support a strong foundation that allows the academy to operate effectively while contributing to student success and long-term growth.
